This photo describes a human face looking straight at the viewer, dirtied by clay and whose hair is all over the face. The hair acts like prison cell bars and literally isolates the subject from the external world. This is a metaphor for how we accept to limit ourselves, our personalities and our lives in the binding world we live in. The potential of human beings is absolutely huge, but never manages to fully develop and express. We could do so much, but then we just conform to being average.
