“Home or Homeless” traces the thin line between survival and belonging in urban India (New Delhi). Amid fractured walls, crowded streets, and improvised shelters expanded precariously over the years, daily routines persist with quiet resilience. Many children survive by scavenging, denied access to education, while families continue to inhabit structures that are unstable yet inescapable. This series questions what truly constitutes safety and permanence, revealing how life endures despite relentless hardship and how life unfolds between traffic, fragility, and the struggle to simply exist. Ironically, for many who have nowhere else to go, these harsh and improvised spaces are not simply shelters—they are, in their eyes, home.
