Wing-barred Piprites are part of the flycatcher family and live in dense forests in the Amazon basin and the southern part of the Mata Atlántica rainforest of southern Brazil The dark large eyes form part of their perfect adaptation and enable them to efficiently hunt in the semi-dark.
